RESTORATION - CONNECTING LAND, WATER, CULTURE AND ENVIRONMENT

SERA2021 provided an interactive forum for physical, biological, and social scientists, practitioners, indigenous ranger groups and traditional owners, engineers, resource managers, planners, and policymakers to share their knowledge, experiences and research concerning terrestrial, aquatic and marine ecosystem restoration on both national and international levels. The SERA Conference 2021 Organising Committee has been working on providing a COVID-19 safe event. The conference was originally planned for September 2020 year but has been rescheduled to 10-13 May 2021 in Darwin. This has enabled us to move forward with the event plans and ensure we are including the components that delegates want.

Conference theme

The conference showcased the foundation, tools and latest research on restoration projects, with a program that includes a combination of keynote, symposium, oral and poster presentations, spanning an array of themes from principles and practice, biomes, impact and specialist disciplines.
